If you're a lover of Super Mario, you'll be pleased to learn that you can now play the classic Nintendo 64 platform game Super Mario 64 through a web browser on any device. Super Mario 64 is compatible with Apple's Safari browser and Xbox's Edge browser. It's essentially the outcome of the "Super Mario 64 decomp project" on GitHub.

Super Mario 64 is available for the iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

The game was initially discovered in April of this year and has been available for several months. If it hasn't already been taken down, Nintendo may remove it in the future. As of the time of writing this tale, the game is functional, and you can begin playing it right now.

When you open the game in a browser on your Mac, an instruction drop-down card will appear, explaining the controls and features of the game. As stated on the instruction card, you can begin the game by hitting Enter on your keyboard and selecting a save game slot. Although these spaces will allow you to preserve your game progress,

It's worth noting, though, that to play the game on your devices, you'll need to connect a compatible controller. If you want to play a game on your iPhone, you can connect an Xbox, Playstation, or MFi controller to it.

I attempted Super Mario 64 on my MacBook Air because I don't have a compatible controller at the moment. In my opinion, the game worked flawlessly, with fluid animations and enjoyable gameplay. It's worth noting, though, that the keyboard controls aren't the same as the original Nintendo 64 buttons. The A button, for example, has been mapped to X, while the B button has been mapped to C on the keyboard. The keyboard controls can be found on the drop-down instructions card right here.

The game appears to be a complete remake of the original Nintendo 64 game, and it works smoothly on iOS devices. For those unfamiliar, Nintendo first launched Super Mario 64 in 1996, and it was the first Super Mario game to offer 3D gameplay. In 2004, the game was re-released on the Nintendo DS, and last year on the Nintendo Switch.

So, if you're a fan of classic games and the Super Mario franchise, I'm sure you'll like playing this game in your browser on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. And, if you do love the game, please share your thoughts in the comments section below.
